I designed custom add-ons for a Unitree G1 Humanoid Robot. The first add-on I designed was a back mount for an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Thor Developer Kit and an EnergyQC Power Bank. The mount was custom designed to fit securly to the back of the humanoid without requiring any permanant modifications to the robot. The mount that I designed went through multiple iterations in SolidWorks and prototypes using FDM 3D Printing in PLA and ASA materials. The final design will be machined from sheet metal for a more durable and longer-lasting mount.
