Makerspace Training & Certification

Earned a Makerspace Training Badge and Certificate proving that I have the skills needed to safely operate basic hand and power tools and bench-mounted power equipment. I utilized equipment including a floor-mounted drill press, horizontal and vertical industrial bandsaws, tap and dies, and belt sanders. I also can set up and operate a manual mill and lathe. I am proficient in safety procedures and am able to serve as a leader to my peers by providing appropriate guidance and education in a shared makerspace.
